Dear SD guruu2019s
I have created a sales order which is in past date and i have created a New condition type which is in present date.
So i need to change the pricing date .My query is that whether i should got to VK11 to over write the pricing date or i should use the VK12 and change the pricing .As per my understanding we always use VK11 to overwrite the new date.
Plz help.
Hi please Follow these steps.
1.Maintain newly defined condition type in your pricing procedure
2.You create condition record for the newly defined condition type through VK11 transaction with present date.
3.Now you go to VA02 Transaction input your sales document number then go in to that overview screen
In the over view screen
-->Maintain Pricing date as present date.
-->Maintain Req.deliv.date (Required delivery date) also as present date.
Go to ->Item data>Condition tab here you click on Update push button now system will pick the new price.
Please note that The sales order should not have any subsequent documents then only system will allow you to change the price.
If you want to change the validity date of existing condition record you need go through VK12 transaction.
Hope this solves ur issue.

Dear Rohan,
In order to change the Condtion Records, always VK12 is used. VK11 is to create the Condition Records. I hope by Pricing Date you mean "Validity Dates".
