CAF in Full Java Edition SP16 License Question

I am very excited to see SP16.

I see the license file for CAF. Does it include both design time and run time license?.

The license for the design time is included.

But i cannot find any runtime components - for example the http://<host>:<port>/caf/config page ?

Is there no CAF runtime in SP 16 (why not?) or do i have anything ignored ?

Yes this is right. The SP 16 Version does not contain the runtime libraries for CAF and Guided Procedures. We plan to have pretty soon a Version of NetWeaver 2004s, which is our most actual NetWeaver Version, available for download. This version will also contain CAF and Guided Procedures.
