Address ship to error

We have SRM 4.0

We have a problem with ship to address; this address was assigned to purchasers in attribute ADDR_SHIPT and the POu2019s were generated by this address correctly.

However one of them purchasers doesnu2019t take this address and display another that doesnu2019t exist in this configuration.

The configuration of addresses is not different between them.

I review trx BP, PPOMA_BBP, BBPADDRINTC and I canu2019t find the problem, please I need some tip?

Hi

Please find the address number from application monitoring. take that address and sc and find the diffenrence. i think some has created a new one and assinged to your attributges. and check is they are refereing any old carts or templets

Hi,

Please check the source shopping cart creation ( created based on old po's & templates ). In the old cart what was the address maintained.

Also please check in ADRC tables..
