List of Orphan records in repository

Hello

The following is the method in which we have the SKU and the associated images are stored

PRODUCTS <-> IMAGE DETAILS <-> IMAGES

(SKU info) ( image info ) ( actual image )

It is observed that there are lot of orphan images present in the repository.

Is there a way to get the list of all items

1. in IMAGES table which are not linked with IMAGE_DETAILS table

2. in IMAGE_DETAILS table which are not linked with PRODUCTS table

MDM version: 5.5 SP03

Hi Prakash,

There is no direct search available to find out the Orphan records, but you can come to know whether any image is liniked with any record using Usage tab in the Images table.

Open the Images table and select the Usage tab, now just go on selecting image records using arrow keys and the usage tab will tell you whether the image is linked with any record or not.
