Requirement is not matched with receipt.

Hello,

The material with agreed plan is having the qty 4196 but the planned order is getting generated of 5120 qty.

Please can you tell hot it is planned wrong?

Hi Patil,

Alongwith lotsize also check whether any future demand, safety stock, old undeleted demand(forecast, PR., etc.,), is maintained etc., Also check whether receipt and requirements are matching between R/3 and APO. If not, carry out deltareport to make receipt/requirement data equal between those two systems and then carry out the run again.

Hi Sunil ,

Check the lot size parameters for the material. I think because of the lot sizing parameters , the receipt is getting rounded .

Check it and let me know if it works
