Hello,

I would like to ask you for an advice. Once we push the SC via BBP_PDH_WFL_DB_UPDATE_BACK, we get following backend application error message:

Shopping cart (PReq. 😞 BBP_PD 045 User xx is already processing t his document. Please try again later

SC is then in status approved, but obviously not transferred to backend. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi

Goto SM12 and give the user name who processing the document and delete the entried.

Hi,

As per deepti mentioned.. USER xx was in change mode of the document..

Using trasaction SM12 Give the user name and select LIST button and delete the entries.

Hope your problem will solve..

Hi,

You need to manually delete the lock entries in the transaction SM12

Pls see the foll notes:

Note 751884 - Locks still remain when you exit the service

Note 888306 - Approval: Locks remain

Note 670703 - Approval: Document locked by user
