I am supporting a client who is having 4.6c server. An ITS was created for R3 tcode CATW(ie SAP R3 tcode), this service is been called in our portal. This tcode & the servie is having three buttons like Previous , Next & goto, which is used by the users to go back/ forward accroding to the date he wanted. Now my problem is for particular users, when they uses the above button in the protal, they are not able to move forward. Like other users they are getting a pop up, saying that data will be lost, do you want to continue. When the user pressed the ok button, nothing happends.
I asked the security person to check the role and all to see whether the user is having enough authorization. But they confirmed that, the role are correct.
I am new to this ITS. If any one faced a similar problem / know the solution please help me out.
