Big bmp file not embedded into spool

Dear Experts,

We have a printout pb when we printout the inspection instruction form (standard form), if we have attached a too big BMP graphic to the long text via SE78.

But it works fine when we attach a small BMP to the long text. If we attach a big doc, it does not show up on the form, instead there is a big blank over 1 page.

The question we have is:

- if something can be changed so that we can attach big BMP to inspection plans

- if we can upload a PDF instead of a BMP (this is done in SE78)
