How to trasfer the Objects from DEV to QUA to PRO in landscape?

there are two options;

1. Transport using the file system.

2. Transport using the Change Management Service.

Generally who will do this by basis people or PI developers in Big and Small companies.

depends on the company.

Most of the organization who are into large scale consulting have their own dedicated BASIS team and they are responsible for this. But in other firms, I have seen the developer itself in charge of the transport. This is purely based on the org. structure and execution policy
