Authorisation for Storage Catgeories

Hi

Is there any Authorization Group to have control over storage categories..

We have a scenario where 3 different group companies documents are stored in one Content server,

So we created 3 storage categories...A,B,C

A user from A company should not be allowed to 'Check In' originals into B or C,,..

Any Authorizations???

In SPRO> Cross_application Components> Document Management>> General Data> Define Profile

You should first create profile key with its description, then assign either Role or directly the User to the profile (that will handle authorization part) and as a last step assign profile key to storage category and to all "App" (file types) and decide check print, dispaly and dispaly in WWW according to Your requirements.

Please be aware that each profile key needs to be assigned to process, if not process button and customized funtionalit under it will not be working.
