Settings for Web Dynpro

Hello Experts,

I am an Abaper and I have a very basic idea of Abap Webdynpro . When I run the demo Webdynpro applications in se80 , the IE browser does not show any result (The page can not be displayed.) . Are there any basis settings or network settings required to view the result.
