Dear Sap experts,

We know in sale documents having status ,

1.how it is getting updating while creating sale order, delivery and billing?

2. Where we should attach the status profile for updating of status in these documents?

le:Overall status Completed

Rejection status Nothing rejected

Delivery status Fully delivered

Credit status Not performed

Bill.stat.order-rel. Fully invoiced

Overall blkd status Not blocked

In copy control for sale order to delivery (TCode VTLA), there will be a field "Update document flow". You have to check this box.

Next in item category VOV7, there is a field "Completion rule".

Both these will control the status of sale order.

sales order level

item category level

i mean in configuration on VOV8 and VOV7 you have o assign it

We can assign VOV8 nd VOV7 but eventhough not assign in order type and item category still status are updating .Pls check in you system

So i want to know apart from these two where we have to be update ?

hi

it will update the status fromdocument flow i think its from VBPA

if delivery happens then it will update at sales order status tab
