SAPScript problem

Hello,

I am facing a very strange problem with SAPScript . I am not getting some texts (column headings of the table created in the MAIN window) in the print preview in the quality system whereas they are coming in the production. There are tabs in between these texts and after removing them, the texts start appearing. May be the texts were getting printed outside the page.

I am still confused about what to do. If I remove the tabs and transport the changes to Production then the alignment there may get disturbed. Can anybody please tell me why the tab space is getting interpreted differently by these 2 systems.

Is there any setting for this?

One more thing that I want to mention is that recently we had a patch upgrade in quality which has not been done in production. Can this be the reason?

Thanks in advance,

Best Regards,

Priyanka.

Hi Priyanka,

I hope your doubt is correct. that is same patch should uploaded to all the instances. This may resolve your problem.

Feel free to ask if it is not solved.

Warm Regards,

Vijay

Thanks Vijay!!

If the problem is due to patch upgrade then the same problem will spill over to production system as well.

This problem has been observed in more than one script. As a result, I will have to remove tabs from all these scripts.

Is there any other solution, like some kind of setting for this?

(I hope I have made the topic more specific).

Best Regards,

Priyanka.
