This seems to be a network issue, please check in that way also.

If network issue, from where to where? I thought it is only internal
Can you give us more inputs
1:Is it ABAP+Java ?what is the SAP version installed
2:During what period you are getting this errors?
3:Have you checked in SM59 all connections working fine?

Please Check sm59 RFC connection. Must be some rfc not working.
correct them so you won't get these errors.
What is the meaning,
SAP gateway connection failed. Is SAP gateway started? / CPIC
Check any of the communication user got locked in your system.
