Hi Sapians,
My Client requirement is that in Customer Master data under sales area data on menubar under extras when ever some one change or delete Bill of Lading Text and Pick List Text how can he know that by whom and at what time it has changed and the Old and New value.
If its not possible in standard SAP to track then whats the procedure (program/code change) to know that?
Gupta,
1. Why not we try in IMG --> SD --> BF --> Incomplete Procedure or Tcode(OVA2)
Choose D - Patner and click Procedure , Choose 07 - customer and click Fields.
Here we enter Table and Field name and maintain screen status and warning if not maintained.
2. Then we use VOTXN, we will maintain text types for customer text using table KNVV and assign it to the procedure and the respective field and try
Its a suggestion, i have not tried this else we need to go for Z Development (just as one of our colleagues expressed)
Regards
Sathya

Dear Friend,
If you change or update any standard SAP fields in Customer master then the same is recorded in change log, which you can view anytime.
As far as texts are concerned the changes are not recorded as of not.
To fulfill this requirement, you may have to go to Z-development.
Hope this helps...
Thanks,
