JDBC - Message status

Experts,

How to ensure that a message sent from R/3 to a 3rd party using JDBC Adapters made it end to end? I assume using a synchronous BPM scenario, the response can be achieved, but I need some detailed steps for the same.

Any help will be gratefully appreciated...

XI is designed to ensure delivery unless some error occurs.

You scenario irrespective of being async or sync in case all goes fine will ensure that the message is delivered. But in case it doesnt due to various reasons, you can use alerts to let u know something went wrong or not.
