PI & ECC server crashed & went down yesterday ---> get loads of PI alerts

Hi All

All our PI & ECC server crashed & went down yesterday night but basis took both servers up.

and now both systems are fine and ok;

there were issues in communication channels which is now fixed

earlier PI alerts were working fine; BUT now i get loads of PI alerts but PI and ECC system is perfectly fine after shut down yesterday

Appreciate your idea for me to further check this

What type of alerts are you getting? Check your alert rules whether they are properly maintained in RWB.

The issue is PI alerts were working fine for last 7, 8 months;

But these alerts are raising after yesterday sudden shutdown; system is perfect and fine

Check the alert type that you are getting.. and check what is wrong with respect to that.. it could be an object crash..

Multiple errors are getting generated so to stop them you can do the followings.

1. In your alert rule, check the option "Suppress Multiple alerts".

2. Remove all fixed recipients once and put it again later on.
