Ibase problem

Hi!

I've configured the Solution Manager for the VAR scenario following the config document.

Now when I try to send a message from this SM i receive the error in workcenter "you are not assigned to any ibase".

Also the AISUSER transaction is looking strange. The "Customer numb" column is missing.

If I access the AISUSER table from SE16 the column is present but has no records.

Has anyone encountered this problems?

how does the technical table fields look like in se11 for AISUSER?

You should have SOLMAN_USER (username in SAP System) and KONZS (S-Marketplace user)

Yes, in se11 there are solman_user, konzs and parnr.

The problem is that when I run the TX AISUSER the column "konzs" is not visible.

In se16 I can see that is empty for all the users.

Hi Christian!

I've managed to solve the AISUSER issue. The Badi looked activated but in fact it was not!

So I have to reactivate it through adding and activating the missing customizing activity.

The problem withe the iBase is still there, any ideas on this?

The BP of "reported-by" needs a link to iBase components he is allowed to create messages for.

Take a look at tx: BP, business partner general, identification.

In a VAR scenario it should look like CRM001 - <SID> <Inst No.> <Client> <S-User>

Yes, that's clear and the user has all the systems assigned.

I don't know if I have to assign also the partner in IB53. I've tried but without success.

Ok, what I've found out is that the reason lies in authorizations.

If I assign the profile sap_all and sap_new to this user, the Ibase error is not present anymore.

But what can be missing to this user?

Has roles:

ZSAP_SMWORK_BASIC

ZSAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN

ZSAP_SUPPCF_CREATE

ZSAP_SUPPCF_PROCESS

ZSAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

ZSAP_SUPPDESK_PROCES

I modified all the roles according to the document "configuration sd for Vars".

For the object b_notif_ib the roles have authorizatoin on all ibase.

Any suggestion?
