DMS server not dispalying attached file

Hello gurus

I have AIX and DB2 platform of Prod server

and

we had cerate A DMS on Solman and platform is DB2 with Windows 2003 64 Bit

when user was to see attach file from DMS it give error your are not authorizer

and other scenario

if i access in that ( which i had created in DMS user directory structure )specific user and password of DMS It Displayed that file

tell me the best solution to how to DMS will through

plz

Hi Jayesh

This looks a clear issue of authorizations

when the user gets this error just type /nsu53 transaction code and you will get what authorization is missing to him,just add that and it will be fine

I had also rtyied this but is is asking avert time new t code

and i added 4 to 5 tcodes and that diffranct everytime

it

my DMS in on other server With diffrant platfrom

And Prd Is other server with other platfrom

different platforms does not cause any issue

I am running my DMS on windows and SAP on HP-UX

it has to be an authorization issue

It tells about the roles for DMS in detail,please follow that,you should be ok
