sap adobe print preview not working

Hello,

I have installed Adobe Live Cycle Designer and developed a form. The form looks ok.

When I try doing a print preview of the form I get a message "initalization of font server module failed"(note: it is not a sap message but a windows system message) and i get kicked out of the SAP system.

I tried couple of things..Unstalling and Installing the SAP GUI 710 with patch level 11(latest). I checked with the basis team and seems like its working for them. Not sure what is the problem with my system.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Hi,

It seems that the font you have used in form is not supported by the printer.

Please check it once.

Hello...I am running the std program FP_TEST_00 to test the print functionality.

Hello...

Looks like the problem was with the reader..i downgraded the reader to 8.0 from 9.0 and it seems to be working fine.
