Settings in PRD system cannot be maintained ( T-code = IDLB )

Hello, I need to make that the users can modify the legal range number of invoice document. You do this in the t-code < IDLB > (this is a t-code for Chile). This can not be modified in PRD unless you change some parameters.

I already make the follow setting but It doesn't work, so i think there is something missed.

Does somebody can help me?

In the t-code SOBJ, I just set the indicator "Current settings" form object V_IDCN_BOMA and V_IDCN_LOMA, then I transported the setting order to PRD system, but when I run the t-code "IDLB" in PRD still send the message "Changing client-independent Customizing is not permitted".-

Try putting both views (LOMA and BOMA) with "No, or user, recording routine" in the SE54 transaction (Generated Objects option), i did this and it worked
