can any body give me some link thru which i can get some basic info about settlement as i have to implement this in my current project......thanx in advance

Hello

Capital Projects:

1.Assign Investment profile to Project profile (WBS)

2.REL the project, this will create AUC.

3.Run periodic settlement to AUC (no need to create settlement rule, it will be automatically created agaianst AUC) in CJ88

4.TECO the project and create Fixed Asset.

5.Do Final (Automatic settlement) - no need to maintain settlement rule.

Please chk, which WBS you want to create AUC and fixed asset. Usual practise is to settle lower level WBS to top and top to AUC and finally to Fixed Asset.

Customer Projects.

1.Customer Projects are usually settled to PSG.

2.Maintain settlement strategy (you can settle to Cctr as well)

3. Run CJB2 for auromatic generation of settlement rule.

4.Run periodic and full settlement.
