can any one help me on this issue ??..

hi tarpan,
you have created sales order with the quantity of 50 kg. you can not issue PGI than the actual confirmed quality. the system shows either error message or allow over delivery tolerance depending upon system configuration. If you want the system to give a warning message instead of error message, first go to 0VLP, select your item category and maintain "A" for the field "Check overdelivery".
regards,
suresh

Hi,
You keep the check overdelivery as blank in the delivery item category and create fresh delivery for the order and change the qty, then it will allow you to increase the delivery qty.
Check in a fresh screen and confirm.

Hi Tarpan
Did you maintain safety sock in availability detail screen. I think you may maintain safety stock there so that the system is maintaining the safety stock of 50,
Thanks

Hi
Sales order qty is 50 Kg
Confirmed qty is 50 units (i mean confirmed qty in schedule lines)
Delivery created qty is 50 kg but manually changed to 70 kg
Then system throws a error message
This means in your delivery item category in t code 0VLP that us ZERO VLP the over delivery is marked with B reject with error message
Change it warning that is A or no message that is blank
Also in Customer master sales area shipping tab maintain whatever the over delivery % you would like to mainatain
Also in VD51 CMIR also you can maintain that

Tarpan,
Since you are using Availability Check, The quantites that you raise in sales order gets confirmed and accordingly the process gets carried out. If you want to increase your quantity from 50kg to 70kg, open the order in VA02 enter the qty and click availability check if the stock is there then the 70 kg will be confirmed else it will give the next confirmed date.
Check your Availability settings - "Availability Check Control" - OVZ9 against your rule
Incl.depen.reservat. = "A" then change it to "X" or maintain it empty
Check whether you have activated "Include safety Stock"

Sathya
