SRM Shop Option is not working.

HI Experts,

We have just change the server to SRM 5.0,

Now i have activated all my SCF services and also maintain the login url in table for BBPSTART.

When i test BBPSTART service i can see login page,and then i logged into the system using a user which is maintained in Organization Structure with the employee role.

I can see the roles of Employee on left side in the menu but when i click on any of the menu link say SHOP,

the same menu options are coming on the right side when this SHOP functionality is suppose to open.

Why this option is not getting open do i need to do any thing more than this.

Please help.

Hi,

Goto transaction code SICF Provide the following input

Hierarchy Type --- SERVICE

Service Name --- bbpstart

Now you Execute..

bottom .. select 'bbpstart' right click --> test service. You will get web browser window will open

and login to SRM with user id and password.

Please re check the entries in table TWPURLSVR, Also re check the user attributes and role of the

user in SU01 maintained properlly.

Hello

Please check the content of the table TWPURLSVR.

I know, some of us mentioned this, but believe me this should help.

The above problem is result of absence data in the system table

TWPURLSVR . In the TWPURLSVR the Logical system, Webserver and

the webprotocol used should be maintained

Please correct the above table and your problem of the double menu

should be solved.

Hello,

could you please describe the error again? What happens if you click the SHOP link on the left side menu? A new menu opens on the right side? Or in the right pane (worki-pane) opens a nem Menu and a new work-pane?

The second one,

On the right side in the worki-pane, new menu(the same menu which is there for EMPLOYEE role) and new worki-pane opens.

that new worki-pane is blank only.

As you have mentioned that the table entres in TWPULSVR(i always can't remember this table name) , then please restart system and test.

Hey i have done this and maintain all these parameters and this time its correct also.
