Sampling Procedure

HI All,

I am trying to change a inspection plan which has wrong master charecteristic.

I selected the went inside inspection charecteristic overview.

I found that for my inspection charecteristic number 320 system cant able to recognize the sampling procedure.

Sampling procedure field is grey out.

How to proceed

Hi

Have you chosen "Sampling procedure" for the MIC in the control indicator/sample tab.in QS23

Just let me know do you want add the sampling procedure to the MIC in the inspection plan.

I hasnt chosen "Sampling procedure" for the MIC in the control indicator/sample tab.in QS23

I tried to change in QS23 in control indicators, but the Sampling procedure check box is grey out.

Hi KK

1.Go to QS23

2.Enter MIC

3.Click on control indicator.

4.click on sampling Proc

5.make sure that char is Requierd & not Optinal.

6.Make MIC as Complete copy model.

Now go to QP02

Remove First MIC.

Enter the New one with version.

system will ask for sampling procedure.

I hope it will work

Kishor,

Create new MIC with (T-code QS21) MIC type as "Incomplete copy model", if you select this then system will allow you to change MIC at inspection plan level (QP02) also.

Now in MIC control indicator select check box of "sampling procedure" and "Required characteristic".

Now go to in QP02 and and remove earlier MIC and assign this new one. System will ask to enter sampling procedure.

Hi

You can select the MIC row in the inspection plan and then click the control Indictors button and choose the "Sampling procedure" and save it,So that the changes in the MIC will reflect in the Inspection plan

I think this will work..
