SCM APO?

hi

if i want to do SCM APO is it necessary for me to understand how are top management is working

rather than understanding the day today processes which is done inside the plant and factory premises.

please explain in detail about the SAP APO.

SCM APO has got various pallet of functions for planning for your product,it provides optimized way of doing the work in effective manner.

APO has got various modules for planning and cross plant planning.PP?DS in APO provides solutions for planning and detailed scheduling.GATP provides the availability check in global wide.At last TP/VS provides optimized way of transportation.
