delivery performance report

Hi All,

We are using ECC 6.0 and want to measure the delivery performance both value and volume wise for the sales orders.

Kindly give direction.

Hi,

Goto t-code VL06O, you will get all the details related to the Delievries.

There are specific details for checking, distribution, picking, confirmation, loading, Goods issue, Transport planning, List outbount deliveries etc.

Hi

No standard report avilalbe for tihis;

Make a new ZReport for the delivery performance for value and quantity againist sales orders.

This is a simple report which can be developed.Discuss the reqt with technical consultant and understand the scenario and process,logic,tables to that guy.

There is no standard TCodes to generate Delivery Performance. You have to develop a zee report taking into consideration tables like

a) VBEP or VBAP for Order quantity

b) LIPS for delivered quantity and

c) VBBE for open quantity

what do you mean by Delivery preformance

if it is

report which shows the sales order quantity V/s quantity Delivered for that sales order

i think there is no standard report for that you have to go for ZEE report development

using the tables VBEP, VBFA, LIPS

just confirm whether am i right

Dear,

Delivery performance is to evaluate from total order what is the number of quanties which were dispatched on time and what is the quantities delayed.

Also what is the pending value of the delayed items.

I suppose this will clear your doubt.

As said in the above posts you can make a ZEE report

with the fields in the report as

DATE ORDER NUMBER ORDER QUANTITY DELIVERED QUANTITY SHORT DESPATCHES

AND YOU CAN FETCH THE data from the above tables already mentioned
