Send a mail from a contact person in the order

Hi,

In the order, when i send an output to an external send (E-mail). the system use the E-mail in the customer "adress".

how it's possible to use the e-mail of "contact person" of the customer.

If you take the transmission Medium as "5" for the outut type, it generally takes the email address from the address of the customer master. but if you want to send email to a person other than in the customer master address data. Use the Transmission Medium "7" (Simple Mail ) and modify your Driver Program to send the email.

Now you maintain your condiiton record for the contact person email address. and the output will be sent to the contact person only..

Hi,

1.Create the contact person in the general view of the customer.

2. Assign the contact person number created before to Partner CP in the sales view of the customer in the partner determination.

3. Change your output type to allow partner function CP and set-up the output type and acces sequence according to your logic.

In case you need to send the orders to different contact persons depending on what you have entered in the order you need to extend the condition tables in your access sequence with the contact person.
