Anyone here who had experienced the below issue in archiving invoice (IXOS):
1. Created invoice then issue the custom output type. Then save.
2. Upon issuing the said output type, the invoice will be automatically archive in IXOS.
3. In the invoice, Billing Due Date will be displayed.
4. Upon checking on the two..the invoice in SAP and the archived invoice in IXOS, there is a difference in the Billing Due Date.
5. In SAP, it is showing the correct date but in IXOS the date that is showing in the Billing Due Date is the CURRENT DATE.
But when the output is issued again after a variable time, the Billing Due Date in the automatically archived invoice in IXOS is correct (same with the SAP invoice Billing due date).
Please advice. For now, our client is just waiting for that variable time before issuing the output in order for the archived invoice to reflect the correct Billing Due Date.
Although there is a workaround, we really need to know the reason behind this issue.
