Multiple GL accounts for customer A/c assgmt group

Dear All,

I have assigned GL account(100) in VKOA to customer a/c assgmt group(DM).

Now i would like to add 2 more accounts(101, 102) to the same customer a/c assgmt group(DM).

Is it possible to do this? How?

Please help me in doing this.

Hi,

Its possible by different combination of Account Key and Material Acc Grp ,Sales Org and Ch of Acc combination.

Actually we have defined revenue accounts as per region for customers.

Say 100 for north region, 102 for south...like this.

My account key, material a/c group, sales org and chart of accounts will be same in this case.

How i do this?

In that case, you have to add "Region" also as one of those combinations in VKOA.

1,Define dependency of Revenue accountdetermination

Here you create the condition Region with the Customer acc grp

2,Define Access Sequences And Account Determination Types

Include new condition in the Access Seq KOFI

then it will appear in VKOA
