Portal link to Service Desk

We currently have been using service desk for about 1 year now and intend to integrate our service desk functionality with Portals.

Does the Portal have any iViews or links to Solman Service desk. This would include when an error is registerd in the Portal, a service desk message can be raised with the correct components. Similar concept to raising messages from the satellite system

Thanks guys seen that and configured which is great. Regarding the configuration is there anyway I can call the service desk iView from the HELP option (similar to satellite system).

Currently my configuration has the iView as a tab option which is good but not ideal in our scenario.

Also I'm seeing that the iView does not have an fields for Reporter or Message processor, I'm assuming thats its relying on the org chart setup to determine who the call needs to be assigned to..plse confirm.

Hi,

First, Thanks to all of you.

I am able to create a support message from EP through iView "Request Support".

It is created successfully in Solution Manager System.

It works only if i don't attach any document.

It fails, when i try to attach a word document while creating a support message.

Do i need to do anything on EP?

Solman System Details:
