Generating Active Substitute

Hi,

While generating approval for shopping cart, a person who goes on leave can create a substitute. this substitute created must be made sure that he is more than or equivalent to the approver.

We had identifed a badi called BBP_CHNG_AGNT_GET

Let me know how to proceed next.

Am new to SRM. Which transaction should i go to check the generation of shopping cart.

Hi,

The requirement that you mentioned can not be achieved using the Badi you mentioned. This Badi can be used only for restricting approver during approver add/change scenario. For your requirement you would need to use enhancement framework.

Hi,

Once implemented the above said BADI, you need to login the SRM system as a Requisitionar then create the shopping cart and based on the approval value limit which you have maintained your workflow will trigger.Then go to approval preview the change the approver.

You should have atleast end user tarining to test this requirement.
