what is the transaction and movement type to do a goods movement to a G/L account?

Hi

Can you be clear with your requirement

G/l acccounts are hitted when you do PGI

costs goods sold a/c Dr

To inventory a/c

when u do invoice

once again g/l a/c hits

Hello,

here is what we want to do:

we have spare part materials in stock, they are valuated in SAP. As soon as someone checks a spare part out to use it on a mashine, we want the spare part to be moved from the spare part storage location in SAP and hit the G/L account that is assigned to the mashine (consumption).

Is there a way to do that?

Hi,

You can try with T.code MB1A and movement type 291 -GI all account assignments.
