Hi Experts

I have a typical issue. My client uses 2 part bidding system. 1. Technical Bid and 2. Commercial bid.

How do we go about in Creating a technical bid and latter a commercial bid.

Option 1

This is called Double cover Tendering process.It is not in Std SRM 5.0

The Double cover Tendering Process can be implemented in SRM7.0 with PPS(Public Procurement System) which is released by SAP in Sept2008. which is catering this requirement

1First we can get the Technical bid from the bidder on selection of the Vendor .

2. You can compare the Commerical Bid and then the bid can be awarded.

Option 2

You can do the customization in the SRM 5.0 with development to achieve this
