MAINTAIN SCALES IN REBATE AGREEMENT

Dear Experts,

In rebate agreement, when i try to maintain scales the accrual column is greyed out, I am unable to maintain scales

In VBO1, when i click scales for customer rebate %, I have scale value & amount field is open to maintain rebate scales, but accrual field is greyed out.

My reqmt is 1-1000 Rs of sales volume 1% accrual

above Rs 1000 2% of sales volume shoould be accrued.

Where the accrual fied in scales greyed out for me in the system.

In the same way i need to maintain

Customer/material rebate -

Material # 1000 - per 1 bag - 100 bags. accure 100 Rs.

above 100 bags. accrue 300 Rs

Please help me out, how do i maintain the above two in rebate scales?

Vikas & Alejo ,

SAP doesn't give you option of maintaining accruals at each scale level. You can only maintain

at first level scale but when you do the final settlement, it will give you the correct value calculated from the scales.

Please give points if helpfull.

hi

after enetering the data in conditions tab you have to select the icon scales from the menu

here you have to maintain the scale value and amount
