How to find list of enquiries which has been converted to Sales order

Try in VA15 here select all inquiries for a list

it will show only

all inquiries

open inquiries

Hi

Just make a query using quick viewer (T.code SQVI) using table VBFA

Select the list field as VBELV, VBELN, VBTYP_N, MATNR, RFMNG

& Screen Field VBELV, VBTYP_N, RFMNG

create a varriant with default values for VBTYP_N = c & RFMNG >0

Assign Z T.code to your query, user can run the same with the input as inquiry no. range (say 10000000 to 19999999) if any order had been created, that inquiry will be refelcted in the output

Hi,

In SE16N use the table VBFA.

in the Preceding doc. enter the list of inquiries,Subs.doc.categ. C (Order) and then execute to see the list of orders wrt inquiry

There is no standard report to monitor such developments. Either you can develop a zee report to meet this requirement or if it is going to be one time exercise, go to SE16, input table VBFA, key in the quotation reference in the field "Preceding Doc." and also maintain "C" in the field "Subs.doc.categ".

Dear Friend,

you can check in Tcode se16 ,VBAK table with document type of sales order.

if you want the flow of the docuements you can check in VBFA.
