Effect of ITS upgrade on SRM 4.0

Former Member

Hi,

We are using SRM 4.0 (SRM Server 500) connected to ECC 6.0 backend. The ITS version of our SRM system is 6.20. We plan to upgrade this to ITS 6.40, as we are encountering problems relating to ITS compatibility between SRM 4.0 and ECC 6.0. What would be the effects of the upgrade on SRM (especially on SRM transactions)? Are there any guides or references that I can check out regarding this?

Thanks and regards,

Joy

Hello ,

do you use external or internal ITS.

If you are just upgrading from 6.20 to 6.40 there will be no special effects.

Hi Daniel,

We are currently using external ITS 6.20 and we plan on upgrading to integrated ITS 6.40.

After the upgrade, what kind of testing should we perform on the system?
