SD-- E-mail n SO related ...workflow issue

when User creating "OR" n after saving it should go to One manager " to approve it " .. that is aslo through SAP Mail system or E-Mail n after approval user needs to get the mail as it approved .. so to configure this senario ?

Hi Prasad,

For this we have to use the Userexit "USER_EXIT_DOCUMENT_SAVE_PREPARE" in the include program "MV45AFZZ".Please check with your ABAPer.

For sending a mail to sold-to-party pls use the function module in the program.

The Function module is :"SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1".
