Hi PR

Log on To RWB and click on component monitoring on top and click on Display

then you will get some options in that click on Adapter Engine---->Click on communication channel monitoring-->in that select your communication channel-->Adapter type-->sender /Receiver

click on Use Filter now you can know the what the error might be.......

Thanks

Hi,

In addition to all above points, check if the channel is in 'stop' or 'start' status from Communication Channel Monitoring under Administration Information. If it's in 'stop' status, please change it to 'start'.

Thanks,

Subhajit.

Hi

In addtion to all those steps mentioned, check if your communication channel is active or inactive, if its inactive, make it active and check.

Thanks

Hi,

The basic checks are as under:

1. Check the File and Folder name (It is case sensitive) and same name is defined in Comm. Channel

2. You have full authorization (read/write) to source folder and file.

3. Try using the delete mode for file processing if you are not using.

Check this blog for more detail... consider the first few points:

Hi PR,

Here is a checklist. Some options could be outright dumb some may be not. Nevertheless check.

1) Check for the source system and folder whether that is correct or not.

2) Check for the file name.

3) Check if the adapter is started and without errors (adapter monitoring).

4) Hope you are not using test mode instead of delete mode.

Regards

joel

Hi PR, first, you have to check in your sender communication channel, the name of the file, this one have to be the same of the in your ftp directory, remember is case sensitive, so if the file name it XxxX.XXX you put XxxX.XXX in the file name parameter in the CC

First step is to check if your Sender Agreement is correct.

Secondly check if the file Name (is case sensitive) & path are correct.

Third issue can be source directory authorization. So BASIS consultant can help you for this.

Also check the Sender CC in RWB under Component moitoring for errors..

In your Sender CC, use delete mode rather test mode. (I guess you will be using delete mode) to know if the file has been picked up or not.
