One KPI that I can think of would be "Messages/ Hour"

Are you looking for any tool that measures the performance of your PI system?

i was searching and found that BAM can be use to reporting alerts at Business Level, but in PI 7.1. is possible also in PI7.0?

At Technical Level i will use CCMS.

in necessary define KPI,s at Businness level in PI??
