Milestone Billing

Hello,

Created an sales order with milestone billing in it, ready to bill the first milestone, and there is an error saying Processing status: Not processed, any idea why would that message come, it is the first milestone, so there is no delivery done at all.

and then at the bottom it says , " no document created see log" did the checking of the log it says item not relevent for billing, where as in item category it is set as "I" order related billing.

Ensure that in copy control VTFA, for the combination of order type and billing type, you have maintained the said item category.

check the billing rule and billing plan and remove billing block in the sales order

the the copy control setting seems to be fine, and did check the billing plan, not sure when you mean by Billing rule, can you give me more detail on it.
