Solution Manager and integrated automated testing

Hello,

please could you advise me how to define test cases within SAP Solution Manager which can be executed automatically (regression testing) using eCATT or any other tools in combination with predefined input parameters and expected results. What is the SAP recommended standard approach?

Which version of SolMan you are using?

In u201CSolar01u201D and u201CSolar02u201D t-code, we need to create relevant test cases against your business Process, Business Scenarios and steps. While you create test cases, you need to select appropriate test type e.g. CATT, eCATT, Manual Test cases etcu2026

You can use STWB_2 (t-code) for Test Plan management & Analysis. Test execution can be done by using t-code (STWB_work)

You can use any 3rd party automation tools (HP Quality Center, QTP) and can integrate with solmon by using SolMan adapters. You can also use eCATT & SAP TAO. Everything is depends on your budget.
