Action Code in ReplinishmentOrderNotification_In

Hi All

I am implementing a scenario file to Proxy. Where I am using standard proxy ReplinishmentOrderNotification_In from SCM 5.0. In this proxy there is a field called as Action Code which is a non-mandatory field but its getting used to indicate Create/Change/delete(01/02/03) operations for a PO.

I want to know what it does by default, also I want to know whether following codes are correct.

01 - create

02 - change

03 - delete

I tried looking into Proxy code but not able to get the answer to my question. Please give your inputs for the same.
