Customised Component in ESS

Hello Everyone,

I have got the following questions.

1) We want to develop a new custom component and then include that in to the ESS structure? Is this possible? If possible, how to do it?

2) After including the custom component into the ESS, the custom component should be able to get the Login ID of the ESS user and pass it on to the remote Function Module which it is running on. Is this possible?

Let me know about these. I would appreciate your help.

You can customize or develope a new application in ESS or MSS,

u need have ESS and MSS configured, and you need to have the FPM related DC's in your NWDI track, so by using FPM DC's you can develope the new application as part ESS and you can intgrate in the portal,
