patching SOLMANDIAG 7.00 with LMSERVICE17P_5-20001429.SCA

Dear experts,

I'm got error during deploying patch on Solution Manager 7 system. Error occurs on

LMSERVICE17P_5-20001429.SCA and here is the log:

I've tried deploing with SDM & JSPM, current LM-Service level is from SP stack 17

After restarting of j2ee cluster, deployment passed fine
