Please see to it that <host sapmnt\trans\log file has appropriate authorizations for the user who is working. Please check and assign the same authorizations accordingly.
System is not able to write logs under <host sapmnt\trans\log directory, please check the permissions of the directory. sidadm user should have read and write access to this directory to write logs during any activity.
