Deleted User required for Approval ? :-(

I deleted a user from the system 2 weeks ago, now a SC require his authorization in the workflow.

What can I do ? =(

With transaction SWIA via sapgui with administrator role, you can forward the workitem to another user.

Ill take a look to that transaction, by the way: Do you know if there is a suggested procedure for "User Deletion" in SRM ? I think I should take in account some details before a deletion.

Hi Diego,

Deletion should be made through the web interface.

Deletion will be forbidden if there are follow-on documents attached to the user (PO, conf...).

I would rather suggest to lock the userbut this seems to be more a temporary action.

I think other gurus maybe have other experience on this daily user adminitration...

Ok Yann, thanks.. I think Ill lock the user for a while, after some months Ill delete them. 😃

pd: Im not quite sure about how to use transaction SWIA. =( I think Ill search for some documentation about it.
