hi all,

I am trying to order PO and output option i have given as print. Its creating a Spool request properly, but the problem is its not going for the print directly.

Shall I need to do something extra to get print from the ITS level or do i need to schedule some job.

I have assign local printer to WF-BATCH user. and have set Print immediately option also.

any Idea?

Thanks,

Smita

Hi Smita,

Can you tell me how did you resolve this problem, I got same type of problem. In my case spool is generating proprely and going in a status of waiting. If I try to print from SP01 then it prints, but not automatically.

Can you help me please, if you resolved the same. Its urgent.

Hi

Which SRM version are you using ?

<u>Seems like some configuartion settings are missing in the system or this might be due to some OSS note missing in the system.</u>

<b>Please try these SAP OSS notes -></b>

<u>Note 987492 - Bug on Spool Mgt when archive mode is "Print & Archive"

457497 - FAQ: Message processing in purchasing

308546 - No authorization check when printing purch. docs
