Inspection Lot creation and blocking during customer returns through

Hi gurus,

When i do return delivery against the return sale order i am not able to do PGR as i get the message "Status of inspection lot 060000000106 / partial lot 000000 does not allow good issue" while doing PGR.

Please help.

Hi Kannan,

This setting for Automatically system will creates the inspection lot.

To process goods returned for repair using inspection lots, the following conditions must be met:

In the Sales and Distribution (SD) component, must exist for the returned material or device.

The inspection type assigned to inspection lot origin 05 (Miscellaneous goods movement) in Customizing for Inspection Lot Creation must be active for the returned material in the material master.

In QA32, the lot has to be cleared by your Quality team.
