Concepts for Triggering PR; tCode

Dear friends ,

please help me undestand .

I found many article and in its logistics view .

1)RP parameter tab

RP type is ND - no planning.

2)Forecast parameter

Period Indicator is W - weekly.

forecast model is O - 2 order trend with adjustment of smoothing factor

no further data . In this scenario how the PR is triggered.

please helpme find the concepts and the settings.Is any t code to run PR ?

Hi,

If you are choosing Planning Type as "ND" system will not generate PR during Planning Run.

The Prerequisites for Planning run to generate PR is to

1) Maintain Necessary Configuration for Consumption Based Planning

2) Maintain RP Parameters for Article Master, Site.

System will generate PR during Planning run only if there is shortage of Stock as per Replinishment Parameters.

if you want to generate PR from sales order then u have maintain item category as BANS or BANC
